Shipping Policy:

We will ship your order within 2 business days of your order being placed.  US holidays in which the USPS is closed are not counted as business days.

If we have any questions about your order, we will reach out by phone and email.  Please be sure to include a valid phone number and email address when you place your order.

 

f you have received a damaged or defective item, please Call Us at (337)534-0334 or Email Us at info@thepinkpaisley.com.   We will take care of any issue right away. All Damaged/ Defective items must be noted to us within 3 business days of receiving your item. 

Return Policy:

We offer refunds to the original payment method, exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, or within 7 days of your online order being delivered.  Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.  Please contact us at info@thepinkpaisley.net to start the return process.
